What a great day – and a really nice week in fact.

Today was my nephew, anthony’s birthday. We had a bit of a barbecue (there is a reason the disposable ones sell for £1.63!) – and lots of fun and games on the £2 worth of board games and the cheap PSone I bought yesterday.

After that, we played PREUY!!! a fantastic game I learned at college… the kids insisted we renamed it ‘pringle’ for the sake of sounding like we were walking round shouing Pooey!

Birthdays are such a great chance to treat children and show them just how much you care about them, and I love it. My simple little message in Anthony’s card seemed just as important as the present enclosed.

We’ll guys (Jamie, Anthony, Rebecca and Shannen) – It’s been great and I can’t wait for the summer to do something else cool together :-)
